Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your local carrier, neighbors, building reception, or delivery location.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
International Shipping
For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country.
These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping rates unless stated otherwise.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Nanovac.office@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our Return and Refund Policy.
